The 2026 Readiness Workshop will bring together readiness professionals from across the DOE complex, NNSA, national laboratories, commercial nuclear organizations, contractors, regulators, and supporting organizations.

• Lessons learned from recent readiness reviews
• RCAPTS demonstrations
• Emerging technologies and AI applications
• Industry case studies and operational excellence

Workshop registration includes refreshments, snacks, and lunch during scheduled workshop sessions.

In addition to the Readiness Workshop, Weatherly Consulting will offer two optional training courses on August 20-21, 2026:

• Readiness Review Team Member

• Readiness Review Team Leader

  These instructor-led courses are designed to provide practical knowledge and skills for individuals participating in or leading readiness reviews. Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion.
