Implementation Verification Reviews

Establish the method and approach to performance of the Implementation Verification Review (IVR) using a checklist or report format for implementation of the facility Documented Safety Analysis (DSA)/Technical Safety Requirements (TSR).

 

Verification of applicable changes to Safety Basis requirements including any instructions or additions contained in the approved Safety Evaluation Report (SER). Ensure requirements have been properly flowed down to the appropriate implementing mechanism (program, process, procedure) and that appropriate staff are trained and have adequate knowledge to successfully implement the updated DSA/TSR.
