Dr. Janet Weatherly, CEO/Owner

Mrs. Weatherly has over twenty-five years of experience supporting the Department of Energy and subcontractors in support of the complex.  Experience includes implementing and managing quality assurance and continuous improvement processes in non-nuclear and nuclear facilities. Results-oriented, resourceful, adaptable readiness leader with a track record of ensuring that processes and facility readiness activities are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.  Experience managing startup and restart of operations by ensuring compliance in the areas of procedures, training, maintenance, testing, and configuration management. Adept at interacting with people from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds, building trust and respect through clear vision, broad experience, solid judgment, and strong communication skills.  Extensive experience leading and participating in numerous readiness reviews acting as a team leader and/or as a team member. In particular has led multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to meet project goals on time and under budget.  Thorough in documenting scope and project plans, and preparing estimates and schedules.  Skilled at identifying and mitigating risk and solving problems, and expert at coaching readiness personnel, facility operations managers, and Project Managers. Has led readiness preparation and review teams for several complex startups.

Brooke Uzzle, Operations Manager

Mrs. Uzzle has over 9 years of professional experience in multiple facets of the business world. She has proven herself as capable of maintaining the security of sensitive information while providing professional services to her employers.  Experience includes assisting with day-to-day business operations as well as consulting services to Department of Energy and subcontractors in support of nuclear operations, readiness, safety basis implementation, CONOPS, and training. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accounting Support: Responsible for creating customer invoices for client approval as well as processing payroll for employees

  • Project management support: Responsible for financial reporting to Owner/President, providing support in the development of forecasts of actual costs and hours in relation to budget

  • Consulting Support: Support of Implementation Validation Reviews, Readiness reviews, Startup and restart of nuclear operations by ensuring compliance in the areas of procedures, training maintenance, testing and configuration management
